Refund policy

Our offering is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal entities under public law, and special funds under public law. Contracts with consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB are not concluded; a statutory right of withdrawal does therefore not apply.

We provide Google Cloud training services as virtual, instructor-led live sessions. Returns in the traditional sense are not possible by the nature of the service. The following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellation up to and including 14 calendar days before the course start: free of charge, full refund of any amounts already paid.
  • Cancellation 13 to 7 calendar days before the course start: 50% of the agreed net fee.
  • Cancellation less than 7 calendar days before the course start, or no-show: 90% of the agreed net fee.

Instead of cancelling, customers may nominate a replacement participant free of charge up to two (2) working days before the course start. Rebooking to another date is possible subject to availability and free of charge up to 14 calendar days before the original course start.

If we cancel a training (e.g. because the minimum number of participants is not reached) or if an offered alternative date cannot be attended, any fees already paid will be refunded in full.

Cancellations and rebookings must be submitted in text form (email is sufficient) to: support@about.training.
